[摘要]對中國國家和地方主要結構規(guī)范中關于抗震性能設計的內容進行了對比研究。首先對美國抗震規(guī)范中關于性能設計部分的內容進行了簡要介紹,并將中國規(guī)范中相關內容與其進行了比較。其次從破壞分類和性能目標等方面對中國現(xiàn)行各規(guī)范的相關規(guī)定作了比較。然后對各規(guī)范中不同性能水準下的性能指標進行了對比。最后比較了不同規(guī)范中性能設計的具體數(shù)值方法。結果表明,各規(guī)范中關于性能設計的規(guī)定存在差異,設計人員在對不同地區(qū)及不同類型的工程進行抗震性能設計時應加以注意。

Comparative study of provisions for performance based seismic design in different codes

Abstract:Comparative study of provisions for performance based seismic design (PBSD) in different codes in China was carried out. Firstly, PBSD contents provided in seismic codes in the United States were described in brief and were compared with the similar contents in codes of China. Secondly, damage types and performance objectives in Chinese codes were compared. Thirdly, performance indexes under different performance levels were carefully checked and compared for codes concerned. Lastly, concrete numerical methods for PBSD in different codes were clarified. Results of comparison show that different codes have differences in provisions of PBSD, so designers should pay attention to the PBSD for different types of projects in different areas.
