紅星國際新城復(fù)雜高層結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計

(深圳左肖思建筑師事務(wù)所有限公司, 深圳 518040)[摘要]紅星國際新城由2棟塔樓及商業(yè)裙房組成,為平面不規(guī)則的多塔高位轉(zhuǎn)換復(fù)雜高層建筑。結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計時從抗震概念設(shè)計出發(fā),采用SATWE及ETABS進行分析,包括整體彈性分析、轉(zhuǎn)換層樓板應(yīng)力分析、反應(yīng)譜分析、彈性動力時程分析、重要構(gòu)件的中震不屈服分析,并根據(jù)分析結(jié)果采取了有針對性的抗震加強措施。[關(guān)鍵詞]高層建筑;平面不規(guī)則;多塔高位轉(zhuǎn)換結(jié)構(gòu);結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計Structural design of a tall building in Hongxing International New CityLan Heyi, Lai Haibiao(Zuo-XiaoSi Architects Engineers ShenZhen Inc., Shenzhen 518040, China)Abstract:Hongxing International New City is composed by two towers and a commercial podium, which is a multi-tower and high-transfer tall building with irregular plane. Based on structural aseismic design, analyses were carried out with SATWE and ETABS, which consisted of the whole elastic analysis, the analysis of transfer floor stress, the analysis of response spectrum, the elastic time-history dynamic analysis and the nonyielding design of important members under middle earthquake.
