［摘要］通過(guò)對(duì)不同坡度的折線形鋼梁進(jìn)行試驗(yàn)，分析了受力過(guò)程中折線形鋼梁的破壞形態(tài)和變形特征，通過(guò)有限元軟件對(duì)不同條件下折線形鋼梁的受力進(jìn)行了模擬。結(jié)果表明，有限元模擬結(jié)果和試驗(yàn)結(jié)果吻合程度較高，并采用力法對(duì)折線形鋼梁水平推力進(jìn)行理論分析，并將計(jì)算結(jié)果與有限元計(jì)算結(jié)果進(jìn)行對(duì)比。結(jié)果表明，折線形鋼梁最終的破壞形態(tài)為失穩(wěn)破壞，設(shè)計(jì)時(shí)應(yīng)注意對(duì)跨中截面進(jìn)行加強(qiáng)，并驗(yàn)算平面外穩(wěn)定性；支座水平位移對(duì)水平推力的影響較大，設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算時(shí)可考慮釋放一定的水平位移來(lái)減小水平推力，使結(jié)構(gòu)體系的受力更加合理。

Experimental study on mechanical performance of folding steel beam

Abstract:The failure mode and deformation characteristics of the folding steel beam with different slopes were analyzed by experiments. The finite element software was used to simulate the stress of the folding steel beam under different conditions. The results show that the finite element calculation results  simulation are in good agreement with the experimental results. And the horizontal thrust of the folding steel beam was theoretically analyzed by the force method. The calculated results were compared with the finite element  calculation results. The results show that the ultimate failure mode of the folding steel beam is instability failure. During the design, the mid-span section should be strengthened and the out-of-plane stability should be checked. The horizontal displacement of support has a great influence on the horizontal thrust force. A certain level of displacement can be released to reduce the level of horizontal thrust, so that the stress of the structural system is more reasonable.
