三種孔洞形式空心磚砌體力學(xué)性能試驗(yàn)研究*

[摘要]基于抗壓強(qiáng)度試驗(yàn)和劈裂試驗(yàn),研究了成都地區(qū)三種典型孔洞形式的燒結(jié)頁(yè)巖空心磚砌體的抗壓和劈裂抗拉性能,測(cè)試抗壓和抗拉強(qiáng)度指標(biāo),觀察其受力變形破壞過(guò)程,深入分析了不同孔洞形式的燒結(jié)空心磚砌體破壞機(jī)理??招拇u砌體抗壓強(qiáng)度低,離散性大,其受壓破壞取決于砌體內(nèi)最弱的磚的力學(xué)性能,破壞形態(tài)多樣,破壞位置不確定,且孔洞形式對(duì)其破壞過(guò)程和破壞形態(tài)有一定的影響;劈裂破壞以沿中間破裂為主要破壞形態(tài),個(gè)別因墊條處磚局部受壓而破壞,兩種破壞形態(tài)都開(kāi)始于磚內(nèi)裂縫,劈拉強(qiáng)度主要受控于磚的強(qiáng)度,實(shí)測(cè)的三種型式空心磚砌體劈裂抗拉強(qiáng)度離散性較大。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果科學(xué)地解釋了地震中空心磚砌體的易損現(xiàn)象。綜合試驗(yàn)結(jié)果,給出了建議的空心磚砌體抗壓強(qiáng)度理論計(jì)算公式。

Experimental study on mechanical properties of three different types of hole forms of hollow brick masonry

Abstract:A series of axial compression tests and split tests on fired hollow brick masonry with different hole forms in Chengdu region were carried out to evaluate the compressive and tensile properties. Both compressive strength and tensile strength were tested. The compressive or tensile failure mechanisms were investigated based on the damage evolution of the three types of holes form of fired hollow brick masonry during testing. Hollow brick masonry presented low compressive strength and its high dispersion ratio, the behavior of this kind of masonry suffered compressive load is almost depended on the weakest brick unit, and the failure part is mainly located in the weakest unit; the ultimate damage location and failure forms of all specimen are quite different from one to another specimen due to the uncertain mechanical properties of each hollow brick. Rupturing along the midline is the main destruction form in split test, even though a few specimens failed due to local compressive crushing to a hollow brick. The two kinds of destruction forms are beginning with the crack in the brick, and the tensile strength is controlled by the strength of the brick. The splitting tensile strength in the three kinds of samples indicates an obvious discreteness. The vulnerability of hollow brick masonry in earthquake were scientifically explained by the results mentioned above. A recommended formula for the calculation of the compressive strength of hollow brick masonry is proposed based on the experimental results.
