600MPa鋼筋混凝土梁抗彎性能試驗研究*

（昆明理工大學(xué)建筑工程學(xué)院， 昆明 650500）［摘要］進行了4根配置600MPa級、1根配置400MPa級鋼筋的混凝土梁在集中荷載作用下的受彎性能試驗，對各試驗梁的受彎承載力、破壞形態(tài)、裂縫和撓度進行了分析，并將試驗值與混凝土規(guī)范公式計算值進行對比。結(jié)果表明，配置600MPa級鋼筋混凝土梁的受彎破壞形態(tài)與普通鋼筋混凝土梁相同，正截面受彎承載力和正常使用狀態(tài)下的最大裂縫寬度仍可按混凝土規(guī)范公式進行計算，正常使用狀態(tài)下的撓度實測值比按混凝土規(guī)范公式計算的值偏大，建議乘以一個擴大系數(shù)進行修正。［關(guān)鍵詞］600MPa級鋼筋； 鋼筋混凝土梁； 受彎承載力； 撓度； 裂縫間距； 裂縫寬度中圖分類號：TU375文獻標(biāo)識碼：A文章編號：1002-848X(2018)06-0001-04Experimental research on flexural performance of reinforced concrete beams with 600MPa steel barsChen Chen, Yang Xiaodong, Pan Wen, Kuang Haowei(Faculty of Civil Engineering and Mechanics, Kunming University of Science and Technology, Kunming 650500, China)Abstract:A flexural performance test of four concrete beams reinforced with 600MPa steel bars and one reinforced with 400MPa steel bars under concentrated load was carried out to study the flexural bearing capacity, failure mode, crack and deflection. The test values were compared with the calculated value of the formulas in the concrete code. The results show that the failure mode of beams with 600MPa steel bars is the same as that of the common RC flexural members, and the formulas in the concrete code are shown to be suitable for calculating normal section flexural strength and maximum crack width in normal service sate. However, the measured value of deflection in normal service state is larger than the value calculated by the formulas in the concrete code.
