[摘要]武漢長江航運(yùn)中心項目6#樓建筑高度163-50m,采用剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu)體系,為B級高度高層建筑。結(jié)構(gòu)同時具有扭轉(zhuǎn)不規(guī)則、樓板不連續(xù)和剛度突變等超限不規(guī)則項。針對不規(guī)則,結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計采用了相應(yīng)的措施,并對該結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了靜力彈塑性和大震動力彈塑性時程分析。計算結(jié)果表明,大震作用下結(jié)構(gòu)層間位移角滿足規(guī)范限值,構(gòu)件狀況符合預(yù)設(shè)的性能要求,整體結(jié)構(gòu)滿足并優(yōu)于預(yù)期的性能目標(biāo)。

Performance-based seismic design on 6# building of Wuhan Yangtze River Shipping Center

Abstract:The 6# building of Wuhan Yangtze River Shipping Center project is 163-50m high and adopts shear wall structural system. It is a high-rise building with B grade height required by code. There are several out-of-code irregularities in the structure including torsional irregularity, discontinuous slab and stiffness mutation. The corresponding measures in the design were adopted for the irregular structure, and the static elasto-plastic and dynamic elasto-plastic time-history analysis of the structure were carried out. The calculation results show that under the action of rare earthquake, the interlayer displacement angle of the structure satisfies the specification requirement, and the component condition accords with the preset performance requirement. The overall structure meets and performs better than the expected performance goal.
