上海新洲大樓抗震性能設(shè)計(jì)

[摘要]新洲大樓采用新穎的大底盤轉(zhuǎn)換懸掛鋼框架\|剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu),整個(gè)結(jié)構(gòu)中構(gòu)筑了兩個(gè)轉(zhuǎn)換層,屬于受力復(fù)雜的超限結(jié)構(gòu)。對(duì)該項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行了抗震性能化設(shè)計(jì),根據(jù)構(gòu)件的重要性給出了不同的性能目標(biāo),采用有限元數(shù)值方法對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)的多遇地震、設(shè)防地震彈性響應(yīng)進(jìn)行了分析,建立了彈塑性計(jì)算模型并進(jìn)行了罕遇地震動(dòng)力彈塑性時(shí)程分析,綜合評(píng)估了結(jié)構(gòu)的地震響應(yīng)與承載性能。彈性與彈塑性分析的結(jié)果表明,新洲大樓能滿足規(guī)范的各項(xiàng)抗震設(shè)防要求與各項(xiàng)既定的抗震性能化目標(biāo),整個(gè)結(jié)構(gòu)具有可靠的抗震承載能力。

Performance-based seismic design of  Xinzhou Building in Shanghai

Abstract:Xinzhou Building adopts an innovative structural system which consists of enlarged-base structure with conversion layer, suspended steel frame and shear wall structure. It has two conversion layers and belongs to out-of-code structure under complicated stress. Performance-based seismic design was conducted to this project. Different performance objectives were given according to the importance of the members. Finite element numerical method was used to analyze the structural elastic responses under frequent and fortification earthquakes. Elasto-plastic calculation model was made to conduct dynamic elasto-plastic time-history analysis under rare earthquake. Seismic response and bearing capacity were overall evaluated. The result shows that Xinzhou Building can meet the specification requirements for seismic resistance and set seismic performance objectives, and has reliable seismic bearing capacity.
