[摘要]為確定廣州琶洲某230.5m超高層辦公樓加強(qiáng)層的最佳布置方案,分別對(duì)加強(qiáng)層的豎向位置和數(shù)量、加強(qiáng)構(gòu)件的平面布局、伸臂桁架(伸臂大梁)和腰桁架(腰梁)的結(jié)構(gòu)形式,以及框架柱截面不同時(shí)對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)側(cè)向剛度的影響程度進(jìn)行詳細(xì)分析,根據(jù)分析結(jié)果最終選擇了僅在39層沿Y向設(shè)置兩根鋼筋混凝土伸臂大梁和兩根整層高鋼筋混凝土腰梁的加強(qiáng)層方案,具有提高側(cè)向剛度效率高、施工方便及使用期免維護(hù)的優(yōu)點(diǎn)。

Structural system selection analysis of strengthened stories of a super high-rise office building in Pazhou of Guangzhou

Abstract:In order to determine the best layout scheme of strengthened stories of a 230.5m tall super high-rise office building in Pazhou of Guangzhou, detailed analyses were conducted on the influences on the structural lateral stiffness by several parameters including the vertical position and the quantity of the strengthened stories, the plane layout of the strengthened components, the structural forms of outrigger (cantilever beam) and waist truss (waist beam), and the cross sections of frame columns. Based on the results of the analysis, the strengthening story scheme was determined to set two reinforced concrete outrigger beams and two full-story-height reinforced concrete waist beams along Y direction only in 39th story. This scheme has the advantages of high utilization efficiency of lateral stiffness, convenient construction and free maintenance in service stage.
