高烈度區(qū)三角形平面高層塔樓結(jié)構設計

[摘要]駿豪廣場項目位于高烈度區(qū)的??谑校?度(0-3g))。其建筑平面為三角形,難以滿足高烈度區(qū)抗側(cè)剛度的要求。通過在周邊外框的薄弱部位靈活布置型鋼混凝土大柱及型鋼混凝土剪力墻,以顯著提高外框的抗側(cè)剛度。在外框頂部設置型鋼混凝土大斜梁,與腰桁架、伸臂桁架一起增加外框結(jié)構的整體性。根據(jù)受力特點在三角形核心筒角部設置鋼骨,提高軸向抗拉承載力。彈塑性靜力及動力分析表明,主體結(jié)構抗側(cè)傳力機理合理、流暢、高效;其抗側(cè)剛度及抗震性能能夠滿足規(guī)范規(guī)定的各項性能要求。

Structural design of high-rise tower building with triangular plan layout in high seismic intensity zone

Abstract:The Junhao Plaza locates in Haikou city of high seismic intensity zone with eight degree seismic fortification intensity and seismic acceleration of 0-3g. It has a triangular plan layout which is characterized by its weak lateral stiffness. Through the flexible arrangement of steel reinforced concrete columns and steel concrete shear wall at weak parts of the surrounding frame to significantly improve the lateral stiffness of the frame. Steel reinforced concrete inclined beam was set on the top of the frame, to increase the overall integrity of frame structure combined with belt trusses and outriggers. According to the force characteristic, steel bone was set in the corner of the triangle corewall to improve the axial tensile bearing capacity. The elasto-plastic static and dynamic analyses show that the lateral mechanism of the main structure is reasonable, smooth and efficient; lateral stiffness and seismic performance  of the main structure can satisfy the performance requirements in specification.
