[摘要]波形帶頸法蘭節(jié)點可克服常規(guī)環(huán)形焊接法蘭節(jié)點中焊縫集中于同一截面,而使構(gòu)件存在危險斷面的不利情況。針對目前對波形帶頸法蘭節(jié)點的研究尚顯不足的情況,為避免焊接缺陷在環(huán)形斷面集中,提出了波形帶頸法蘭節(jié)點的形式,通過有限元數(shù)值模擬進行分析,對焊接溫度變化過程進行描述,同時對焊接殘余應力的影響區(qū)域進行量化分析,并獲得節(jié)點極限承載力。計算結(jié)果表明,波形焊縫可錯開焊接缺陷集中環(huán)形分布,同時加強了鋼管與法蘭的連接,并極大地改善了焊接熱對法蘭節(jié)點受力性能的影響。

Heat effect of wave-shaped fillet welding on wave-shaped hubbed flange joints

Abstract:Wave-shaped hubbed flange joints can overcome the unfavorable situation of the dangerous section for component due to welding concentrated in one cross section of common annular welding flange joint. In view of the present research on the wave-shaped flange joint is insufficient condition, the wave-shaped hubbed flange joint form was proposed in order to avoid concentrated welding defects in the annular cross section. The analysis of finite element numerical simulation was conducted to describe the temperature change in welding process, and quantitatively analyze the influence region of welding residual stress to obtain the ultimate bearing capacity of joints. The calculation results show that the wave-shaped welding can avoid the concentric annular distribution of welding defects, and can strengthen the connection between steel pipe and flange, and can greatly improve the influence of welding heat on the performance of flange joints.
