［摘要］國際上普遍認為基于目標的模式規(guī)范《加拿大國家建筑法規(guī)》（NBC-2010）在技術法規(guī)中構思比較先進。該法規(guī)分為A，B，C三部分，A部分為法規(guī)的符合性、目標及功能陳述，B部分為可接受方案，C部分為管理規(guī)定。B部分共分為9章，重點介紹其中的第4章“結構設計”，以及A，C部分中與結構設計及結構安全相關的內容。國內目前已經(jīng)按WTO要求，開始建立技術法規(guī)和技術標準二元化工程建設標準約束機制，NBC-2010可為建筑領域技術法規(guī)的編制工作提供參考。

Brief introduction of National building code of Canada (NBC-2010)

Abstract:National building code of Canada (NBC-2010) is an objective-based format code, and it is generally believed to have advanced conception in the technical regulations. The Code is divided into three parts of Division A, Division B and Division C. Division A includes compliance, objectives and functional statements; Division B includes acceptable solutions and Division C includes administrative provisions. There are 9 parts in Division B and the fourth chapter of Structural Design was mainly introduced as well as relevant contents about structural design and structural safety in Division A and Division B. In China, the engineering construction standard constraint mechanisms based technical regulation and technical standard according to WTO are establishing now, and NBC-2010 could provide references for the compiling work about building code.
