[摘要]針對(duì)兩棟分別按照美國(guó)規(guī)范和中國(guó)規(guī)范進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)的42層典型鋼筋混凝土框架-核心筒建筑,采用美國(guó)FEMA P-58建議的新一代抗震性能評(píng)估方法,仔細(xì)對(duì)比研究了按照中美規(guī)范設(shè)計(jì)的建筑在地震下的經(jīng)濟(jì)損失、修復(fù)時(shí)間和人員傷亡情況。結(jié)果表明,兩國(guó)設(shè)計(jì)方案的地震損失情況存在一定差異,非結(jié)構(gòu)構(gòu)件的基于性能抗震設(shè)計(jì)需要得到進(jìn)一步重視,同時(shí)FEMA P-58提出的抗震性能評(píng)估方法較傳統(tǒng)方法更加直觀,結(jié)果易于理解,為建筑可恢復(fù)功能抗震設(shè)計(jì)的研究提供了一定的參考。

Seismic loss comparison of typical high-rise buildings in China and USA using the new-generation performance-based design method

Abstract:Seismic loss assessment of two RC frame-core tube buildings respectively designed according to Chinese and US codes were systematically conducted. In terms of economic losses, repair time and casualties, the loss assessments of these two buildings under earthquakes were performed and compared using the new-generation seismic performance assessment method provided by FEMA P-58 in the USA. The analysis results indicate that there exists a certain extent differences between the seismic loss of these two buildings, and more attention should be paid to the performance-based seismic design of nonstructural components. In addition, the seismic performance assessment method of FEMA P-58 is more intuitive and understandable compared with the conventional method. The research outcome will provide a useful reference for the research of resilience-based earthquake design of buildings.
