［摘要］在高層建筑中，連梁作為剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu)抗震設(shè)計(jì)中的第一道防線和主要耗能構(gòu)件，其設(shè)計(jì)的合理與否直接影響到建筑物抗震性能的好壞。分析剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu)體系的連梁受力和變形機(jī)理，結(jié)合工程實(shí)例分析兩種建筑結(jié)構(gòu)類型（剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu)和框架-剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu)），提出連梁計(jì)算模型和超筋問題的處理方法。

Design example analysis of concrete shear wall coupling beam in high-rise building

Abstract:In high-rise buildings, the coupling beam is the first seismic defense line and the main energy dissipated components in the seismic design of shear wall structure. The reasonability of the design directly affects the seismic performance of the building. Based on the analysis of the force and deformation mechanism of the coupling beam of the shear wall structural system, combined with the engineering example, two kinds of building structural types (including shear wall structure and frame-shear wall structure) were analyzed, and the calculation model of coupling beam and the treatment method of the over-reinforced problem were put forward.
