津?yàn)硰V場(chǎng)9#樓超限高層結(jié)構(gòu)抗震性能設(shè)計(jì)

[摘要]津?yàn)硰V場(chǎng)9#樓建筑總高度299m, 為框架-核心筒結(jié)構(gòu),屬超限高層建筑。介紹了工程的特點(diǎn)和結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)情況,針對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)高度超限和豎向抗側(cè)力構(gòu)件不連續(xù),采用了基于性能的抗震設(shè)計(jì);并對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行多模型、多軟件及彈性和彈塑性分析以及局部的補(bǔ)充驗(yàn)算,在宏觀上把握結(jié)構(gòu)薄弱部位,有針對(duì)性地采取加強(qiáng)措施。計(jì)算結(jié)果表明,結(jié)構(gòu)的工作狀態(tài)和性能均能達(dá)到設(shè)計(jì)的預(yù)期性能目標(biāo)和規(guī)范要求。

Perform-3DPerformance-based seismic design of the 9# building of Jinwan Square

Abstract:The 9# building of Jinwan Square is a frame-corewall structure and it belongs to the tall building beyond code limits with 299m height. The characteristic and structural design of the engineering were introduced. Performance-based seismic design was adopted because of height beyond code limits and discontinuous lateral force resisting member. The structure was analyzed with multi-model and several softwares, elastic and elastic-plastic analysis were carried out, and some parts with complex stress was made a check additionally. The weak members could be distinguished on the whole and the strengthening measures were adopted. The results show that the functional state and performance of the structure can meet the design goals of performance and code requirement.
