[摘要]在超高層建設(shè)過程中,通過優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì),解決了由建筑方案調(diào)整導(dǎo)致底部已經(jīng)施工的柱軸壓比超限的問題,避免了柱子加固設(shè)計(jì),并節(jié)約了成本。一方面,通過概念設(shè)計(jì)調(diào)整了結(jié)構(gòu)的傳力路徑,減小了傳至柱子的軸力;另一方面,通過優(yōu)化梁截面大小及布置減小了結(jié)構(gòu)自重。最終使柱子不需要加固設(shè)計(jì)就能滿足規(guī)范要求。

Application and discussion on cross-section controlling method of columns in super high-rise building design

Abstract:In the process of super high-rise building construction, the optimization of design was adopted to solve the problem of out-of-code problem of the axial compression ratio of the bottom columns which were constructed before the adjustment of the architectural scheme, avoiding the reinforcement design of the columns and saving the cost. On the one hand, the force transmission path of the structure was adjusted through conceptual design to reduce the axial force transmitted to the column; on the other hand, the structure self-weight was reduced by optimizing the cross-sectional size and arrangement of beams. Ultimately the column cross-section could meet the regulatory requirements without reinforcement design.
