[摘要]天津?yàn)I?,F(xiàn)代美術(shù)館建筑總高度為39-6m,采用框架-剪力墻體系,形成束筒結(jié)構(gòu),從而為結(jié)構(gòu)提供了良好的抗扭剛度。工程存在凹凸不規(guī)則、樓板不連續(xù)、尺寸突變等多種超限項(xiàng),屬于體型復(fù)雜的超限建筑。針對(duì)以上超限項(xiàng),采用多種有限元軟件分析,主要分析內(nèi)容為懸挑桁架及其支撐桿件和連接板帶的性能化設(shè)計(jì),并根據(jù)分析結(jié)果提出解決措施,使結(jié)構(gòu)達(dá)到安全可靠的目標(biāo)。

Out-of-codes structural design of Tianjin Binhai Museum of Modern Art

Abstract:The total height of Tianjin Binhai Museum of Modern Art is 39-6m. The frame-shear wall structure which forms the bundled tube structure was adopted in the project. A good torsional stiffness was provided by this structure. Many limits of code for design of buildings are beyond including plane size irregularity, slab discontinuity, facade size mutation and so on. Many finite-element software were used in order to slove the problems above. The analysis content contains the performance-based design of cantilever truss and its supporting and the connecting plate. According to the analysis results, relevant solutions were proposed for the target achiving of the structure safety.
