[摘要]結(jié)合某商務(wù)公寓,對(duì)平面不規(guī)則、凹凸不規(guī)則、帶轉(zhuǎn)換層、局部豎向構(gòu)件不連續(xù)的超限高層建筑,采用SATWE,MIDAS/Building 軟件進(jìn)行了風(fēng)荷載、地震作用下的彈性時(shí)程分析,并驗(yàn)證了結(jié)構(gòu)各部位在小震作用下的性能目標(biāo);采用ABAQUS軟件對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了動(dòng)力彈塑性時(shí)程分析,并對(duì)轉(zhuǎn)換層、樓板的塑性損傷情況進(jìn)行了分析。計(jì)算結(jié)果表明,所選結(jié)構(gòu)體系合理、安全、可靠,結(jié)構(gòu)各項(xiàng)性能均能達(dá)到預(yù)定的抗震性能目標(biāo)。

Structural analysis and design of out-of-code high-rise structure of a commercial apartment

Abstract:The out-of-code high-rise structure of a commercial apartment features plane irregularity, concave-convex irregularity, transferring layer and partial vertical component discontinuity. SATWE and MIDAS/Building software were used to carry out the elastic time-history analysis under wind loads and earthquakes, and the performance objectives of each part of the structure under the action of frequent earthquakes were verified. The dynamic elastic-plastic time-history analysis of the structure was carried out by using ABAQUS software, and plastic damage conditions of transferring layer floors were analyzed. The calculation results show that the selected structural system is reasonable, safe and reliable, and all the performances of the structure can reach the predetermined seismic performance targets.
