[摘要]以某門形高層建筑及其臨時支撐為研究對象,采用MIDAS/Gen軟件,按照實際施工方案建立分析模型,真實模擬了鋼骨混凝土桁架內(nèi)的鋼骨桁架整體提升、混凝土逐層施工、混凝土強度隨齡期逐步增長、混凝土收縮徐變隨齡期逐步發(fā)展、臨時支撐的剛度及穩(wěn)定。研究結(jié)果表明,臨時支撐與主體結(jié)構(gòu)的受力相互影響;轉(zhuǎn)換結(jié)構(gòu)自身具備結(jié)構(gòu)強度后,其臨時支撐即使超過失穩(wěn)臨界承載力也不會坍塌,而是能保持一定的承載力;按線彈性假定計算會夸大臨時支撐的作用,造成主體結(jié)構(gòu)構(gòu)件計算內(nèi)力偏小,需要根據(jù)屈曲穩(wěn)定分析的結(jié)果考慮臨時支撐屈曲后的貢獻。

Construction simulation analysis on a 50-4m-span portal shaped building and its temporary braces

Abstract:A portal shaped high-rise building and its temporary braces were investigated by using MIDAS/Gen to establish analysis model according to the actual construction plans. A series of factors were truly simulated, including the integral lift of the steel in the steel reinforced concrete (SRC) truss, the construction of concrete layer by layer, the strength of concrete increase with age increase, the shrinkage and creep of concrete developing with the age increase, and the stiffness and stability of temporary braces. The results show that there are interaction between the temporary braces and main structure; after the transfer structure has its own structural strength, its temporary braces do not collapse even if it exceeds the critical load-bearing capacity, but can maintain a certain bearing capacity; according to the assumption of linear elasticity, the effect of temporary braces is exaggerated, resulting in the smaller calculation internal force of main structural members, so the contribution of temporary braces after buckling needs to consider the buckling stability analysis results.
