某50-4m跨門形超限高層建筑結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)

[摘要]某門形建筑有14層(包含屋面)跨度50-4m的連接體,且存在樓板不連續(xù)、側(cè)向剛度突變、豎向構(gòu)件間斷、受剪承載力突變等4種類型的超限,屬于特別不規(guī)則的超限高層建筑。為了減小轉(zhuǎn)換桁架構(gòu)件內(nèi)力和截面,上部結(jié)構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì)并沒(méi)有執(zhí)行《高層建筑混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)技術(shù)規(guī)程》(JGJ 3—2010)關(guān)于連體結(jié)構(gòu)板厚的相關(guān)規(guī)定,而是通過(guò)概念設(shè)計(jì)選擇轉(zhuǎn)換層7,9,13,15層樓板150mm厚,其他層樓板主要厚度為100~120mm,僅部分大洞口周邊樓板加厚到150mm。并采用多種軟件(SATWE,MIDAS Building,MIDAS/Gen,PMSAP)對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行小震、中震、大震下的計(jì)算分析。結(jié)果表明,主體結(jié)構(gòu)滿足C級(jí)抗震性能目標(biāo)要求,樓板應(yīng)力滿足規(guī)范要求。

Structural design of a 50-4m-span portal shaped out-of-code high-rise building

Abstract:A portal shaped building has a connected structure of 14 stories (including roof) with span of 50-4 m, and it is a special irregular high-rise out-of-code building with four out-of-code items, including floor slab discontinuity, lateral stiffness mutation, vertical member discontinuity, and shear capacity mutation. In order to reduce the internal force and cross section of the transfer truss, the design of the superstructure did not carry out the relevant provisions of  Technical specification for concrete structures of tall building (JGJ 3—2010) for slab thickness of the connected structure. Instead, the conceptual design method was chosen to determine the slab thickness of 150mm for transfer stories of 7th, 9th, 13th and 15th floors, slab thickness of 100~120mm for the other floors, and slab thickness of 150mm only for slabs at surrounding of the part of the large holes. A variety of softwares (SATWE, MIDAS Building, MIDAS/Gen and PMSAP) were used to calculate and analyze the structure under frequent earthquake, fortification earthquake and rare earthquake. The results show that the main structure meets the requirements of the C-level seismic performance requirements, and the floor stress meets the code requirements.
