[摘要]折板型弦支網(wǎng)架結(jié)構(gòu)是在折板型網(wǎng)架結(jié)構(gòu)的基礎(chǔ)上,引入張拉整體思想,結(jié)合了折板型網(wǎng)架結(jié)構(gòu)和弦支網(wǎng)架結(jié)構(gòu)的優(yōu)勢(shì)。河北聯(lián)合大學(xué)新校區(qū)體育館鋼屋蓋采用折板型弦支網(wǎng)架結(jié)構(gòu),結(jié)構(gòu)體系新穎。對(duì)該折板型弦支網(wǎng)架結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì),對(duì)網(wǎng)架結(jié)構(gòu)基本動(dòng)力性能以及彈性與彈塑性抗震性能等方面進(jìn)行分析研究,保證結(jié)構(gòu)的安全可靠與正常使用。以本工程折板型弦支網(wǎng)架結(jié)構(gòu)為例進(jìn)行結(jié)構(gòu)是否考慮非線性的對(duì)比分析,結(jié)果表明,對(duì)折板型弦支網(wǎng)架結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)分析時(shí)需要考慮非線性,線性疊加分析的結(jié)果不可靠。對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)的節(jié)點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì),主要采用焊接球節(jié)點(diǎn),采用ABAQUS有限元分析軟件對(duì)網(wǎng)架關(guān)鍵節(jié)點(diǎn)進(jìn)行力學(xué)性能分析,結(jié)果表明,網(wǎng)架節(jié)點(diǎn)的受力性能良好,能保證結(jié)構(gòu)連接的安全有效。

Mechanical performance analysis of flap-type string supporting grid structure

Abstract:Flap-type string supporting grid structure is based on the flap-type plate grid structure with introduction of tensegrity theory, and it combines with the advantages of flap-type grid structure and string supporting grid structure. The steel roof of stadium of New Campus of North China University of Science and Technology adopts flap-type string supporting grid structure and structural system is novel. The flap-type string supporting grid structure was designed and the basic dynamic performance and elastic and elastic-plastic seismic performances of the grid structure were analyzed and studied, so as to ensure the safety, reliability and normal use of the structure. The flap-type string supporting grid structure in this project was taken as an example to study whether the structure considers nonlinear analysis. The results show that the design and analysis of flap-type string supporting grid structure should consider nonlinear, and linear superposition analysis result is not reliable. The structural joints were designed, and the welded ball joints were mainly used. The mechanical properties of the key joints of the space truss were analyzed by using ABAQUS finite element analysis software. The results show that the mechanical performance of the grid joints is good, and it can ensure the safety and effectiveness of the structural connections.
