[摘要]建立了火災(zāi)下鋼管混凝土柱-鋼梁平面框架的有限元模型,對(duì)不同火災(zāi)工況、不同位置的鋼管混凝土框架柱的破壞形態(tài)、受力機(jī)理、內(nèi)力重分布規(guī)律、耐火極限等進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)的分析。分析表明,火災(zāi)下鋼管混凝土框架柱出現(xiàn)了兩種典型的破壞形態(tài):當(dāng)框架柱位于非頂層時(shí),由于柱頂轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)約束較大,框架柱出現(xiàn)3個(gè)塑性鉸成為機(jī)構(gòu)而發(fā)生破壞;當(dāng)框架柱位于頂層時(shí),由于柱上端的轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)約束較小,框架柱在中上部出現(xiàn)1個(gè)塑性鉸而發(fā)生破壞。非頂層、同層火災(zāi)工況下,當(dāng)框架柱受火情況相同時(shí),隨受火范圍的擴(kuò)大,由于內(nèi)力重分布,火災(zāi)中破壞柱所受的壓力較大,耐火極限較小。非頂層、同跨火災(zāi)工況下,隨樓層增高,框架柱的軸壓比減小,耐火極限增加。

Study on fire performance of concrete filled steel tubular frame columns

Abstract:A finite element model of concrete filled steel tubular (CFST) column and steel beam plane frame under fire was established. The failure modes, stress mechanism, redistribution law of internal force and fire performance of concrete filled steel tubular columns under different fire conditions and locations were systematically analyzed. The analysis shows that there are 2 typical failure modes in CFST columns under fire. When the frame column is not in top floors, 3 plastic hinges appear in frame column and the frame columm becomes a mechanism to damage because the top rotational restraint is large. When the frame column is located on the top floor, 1 plastic hinge appears in the upper part of the frame column to become a mechanism to damage because the upper rotational restraint is small. Under the condition of non-top layer and same-layer fire, when the frame column is under same fire condition, with the extension of fire range, the pressure of the damaged column in fire is large and the fire resistance is small because of the redistribution of internal force. With the increase of story, the axial compression ratio of frame columns decreases and the fire resistance increases.
