[摘要]為了評估鋼管高強(qiáng)混凝土組合柱受剪承載能力,以已有試驗(yàn)為基礎(chǔ),重點(diǎn)分析鋼管截面尺寸(或者鋼管徑高比、鋼管位置系數(shù))等參數(shù)對組合柱受剪性能的影響,探討受剪強(qiáng)度計(jì)算方法。研究表明:箍筋配置適量的組合柱構(gòu)件破壞形態(tài)為剪切斜壓破壞;構(gòu)件受剪承載力隨剪跨比的增加而逐漸降低,隨鋼管徑高比、軸壓比和配箍率的提高而呈增長的趨勢,但增幅到一定值后逐漸緩慢,甚至下降;在我國現(xiàn)行《鋼管混凝土疊合柱結(jié)構(gòu)技術(shù)規(guī)程》(CECS 188∶2005)基礎(chǔ)上,提出能夠考慮鋼管截面尺寸與箍筋耦合作用的鋼管高強(qiáng)混凝土組合柱受剪承載力計(jì)算公式,計(jì)算結(jié)果與試驗(yàn)結(jié)果吻合較好。

Shear bearing capacity calculation of high-strength concrete encased CFST composite columns

Abstract:To evaluate shear bearing capacity of high-strength concrete encased CFST composite columns, the existing experimental basis was used to emphatically analyze impacts of steel tube section size (or steel tube diameter-height ratio, steel tube position coefficient) on shear behavior, and explore the calculation method for shear bearing capacity. Research shows that the composite columns with proper amount of stirrups occur to shear diagonal compression failure. The shear bearing capacity of composite columns reduces with the increase of shear-span ratio and increases with the increases of steel tube diameter-height ratio, axial pressure ratio and stirrup ratio, but the increase magnitude growth becomes gradually slow or even decreases after a certain value. Based on Chinese code of Technical specification for steel tube-reinforced concrete column structure (CECS 188∶2005), the calculation formula of shear bearing capacity of high-strength concrete encased CFST composite columns is proposed considering section size and stirrup coupling effect, and the calculation results agree well with the experimental results.
