[摘要]為研究預應力腹板開洞組合梁在靜載作用下的受力性能,以通用有限元程序ANSYS為平臺,提出了用于模擬預應力腹板開洞組合梁非線性全過程受力行為的精細有限元模型,并對預應力腹板開洞組合梁的承載力影響參數(shù)(預應力筋布置形式、預應力筋初始張拉力、混凝土板配筋率、栓釘布置)進行了分析。研究結果表明:施加預應力能明顯提高腹板開洞組合梁的剛度和承載力,而且擴大了組合梁的彈性承載力;增加混凝土板的配筋率能有效提高組合梁的變形能力并減少混凝土板的裂縫;增加栓釘?shù)臄?shù)量能減小組合梁的界面滑移,并能提高預應力腹板開洞組合梁的剛度和承載力。

Nonlinear finite element analysis of prestressed composite beam with web opening

Abstract:In order to investigate the mechanical behaviors of prestressed composite beams with web opening under static load, an elaborate finite element model was proposed for simulating the nonlinear behavior of prestressed composite beams with web opening using the finite element program ANSYS, and its influential parameters (e.g. layout of the tendons,initial tensioning force of prestressing tendons, reinforcement ratio of concrete slab and the number of headed studs) were analyzed. The calculation results show that the stiffness and ultimate bearing capacity are obviously improved by prestressing techniques applied to composite beams with web opening, and its elastic bearing capacity will be increased. The deformability can be effectively enhanced and the cracking of the concrete will be decreased by increasing the reinforcement ratio of concrete slab. The interface slip decreases, the stiffness and bearing capacity increases of the beams with the increase of the number of headed studs.
