［摘要］裝配整體式剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu)通過標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化設(shè)計(jì)、工廠化生產(chǎn)、裝配化施工，達(dá)到高效建造和節(jié)能環(huán)保的目的，建筑工業(yè)化是建筑業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級的必然發(fā)展方向。以長沙某裝配式剪力墻住宅26#樓為例，詳細(xì)分析筏板基礎(chǔ)與獨(dú)立基礎(chǔ)、預(yù)應(yīng)力疊合樓板與普通疊合樓板的技術(shù)特點(diǎn)和經(jīng)濟(jì)性指標(biāo)，對比分析不同預(yù)制率下含鋼量、混凝土用量及成本狀況，對推廣裝配整體式剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu)體系具有一定的意義。

Technical and economic analysis of an assembled monolithic shear wall residence

Abstract:Assembled monolithic shear wall structure use standardized design, factory production and assembly construction to achieve the purposes of high efficiency, energy conservation and environmental protection, construction industrialization is the inevitable development direction of construction industry transformation. An assembled shear wall residence in Changsha was taken as an example, a detailed analysis was conducted on technical characteristics and economic indices of the plate foundation and independent foundation, prestressed composite slab and ordinary composite slab, and the comparative analysis was conducted on steel contents, concrete contents and cost conditions under different assembled rates, which has certain significance for the promotion of assembly monolithic shear wall structural system.
