［摘要］以剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu)體系高層住宅為研究對(duì)象，通過(guò)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)實(shí)測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)，在對(duì)比傳統(tǒng)建造方式的基礎(chǔ)上，分析了不同預(yù)制率對(duì)裝配式建筑的建造成本的影響。從建造成本效益、使用成本效益和工期效益三個(gè)方面，對(duì)比預(yù)制裝配整體式建造模式與現(xiàn)澆整體式建造模式的異同，為裝配式剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)提供理論參考。

Research on precast rate and cost of prefabricated shear wall structure

Abstract:The shear wall structure system of high-rise residence was taking as the research object,  on-site measured data was used, based on the basis of comparison with traditional building method, the influences of different rate for the the assembled monolithic construction costs were analyzed. In terms of effectiveness of construction cost, use cost and schedule cost, the differences between precast monolithic construction mode and cast-in-situ monolithic construction mode were compared, which can provide theoretical references for prefabricated shear wall structure design.
