[摘要]海島鋼筋混凝土建筑處于典型海洋腐蝕環(huán)境中,混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)耐久性問(wèn)題非常突出。對(duì)寧波市某海島建筑群進(jìn)行了混凝土耐久性現(xiàn)場(chǎng)檢測(cè),并對(duì)關(guān)鍵構(gòu)件進(jìn)行了破壞性試驗(yàn),研究和評(píng)估了該海島建筑的服役性能。結(jié)果表明,既有海島混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)存在嚴(yán)重的氯離子濃度超閾值、鋼筋銹蝕、構(gòu)件延性降低等現(xiàn)象;通過(guò)對(duì)比新舊結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范,從材料層面和構(gòu)件層面分析了既有海島建筑存在的問(wèn)題。最后,采用雙向電滲技術(shù)對(duì)海島建筑進(jìn)行了混凝土耐久性提升。

Situation and improving method of concrete structure durability for an island building group in Ningbo

Abstract:The island reinforced concrete building is located at typical marine corrosion environment, concrete structure durability is very prominent. The concrete durability spot inspection to island construction group in Ningbo and the key component of the destructive test were carried out, the service performance of the island building was studied and evaluated. The results show that the existing island concrete structure had the phenomenon of serious chloride ion concentration, steel bar corrosion, component ductility reduction and so on. Through contrasting the new and old structural design specifications, existing problems of island building from the material level and the component level were analyzed. Finally, the method of bi-directional electro-migration rehabilitation(BIEM) to improve the durability of island building concrete was proposed.
