日本鋼筋混凝土多層結(jié)構(gòu)抗震評估方法

(1 清華大學(xué)土木工程系,北京 100084; 2 日本神戶大學(xué)大學(xué)院工學(xué)研究科,日本 6578501;3 吉林大學(xué)建設(shè)工程學(xué)院,長春 130026; 4 西南交通大學(xué)土木工程系,成都 610031)[摘要]介紹了日本既有鋼筋混凝土多層結(jié)構(gòu)的抗震評估方法,方法基于綜合考慮結(jié)構(gòu)抗震承載力和塑性變形能力的原則和理論,給出了結(jié)構(gòu)樓層抗震能力評價指標(biāo),并結(jié)合實(shí)際震害分析確定了該評價指標(biāo)的取值。根據(jù)結(jié)構(gòu)樓層可能發(fā)生的各種破壞模式,給出了各類豎向構(gòu)件抗震能力的確定方法,方法從簡單計算逐級到更準(zhǔn)確計算,形成了三級評估體系,其中的結(jié)構(gòu)抗震能力評估原則、理論、結(jié)構(gòu)破壞模式判別和樓層抗震能力指標(biāo)的確定方法,對發(fā)展我國多層鋼筋混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)抗震評估和結(jié)構(gòu)震害分析都具有參考意義。[關(guān)鍵詞]鋼筋混凝土多層建筑;抗震評估;抗震能力;承載力;延性;破壞模式Introduction of evaluation method of the seismic capacity of existing multistory RC buildings in JapanYe Lieping1, Sun Yuping2, Zhu Shan3, Zhao Shichun4(1 Department of Civil Engineering, Tsinghua University, Beijing 100084,China; 2 Dep. of Arch., Graduate School of Engineering, Kobe University, 6578501, Japan; 3 School of Arch. Three levels of screening procedures are prepared in the Japanese method, and each level of screening can be used independently to evaluate the seismic capacity of each story of exiting buildings in every principal direction. Seismic safety is judged by comparing the seismic capacity index of each story with the seismic demand index. The seismic capacity index is calculated on the basis of the ultimate strength, deformability, and failure pattern of all vertical members at each story.
