高強(qiáng)螺栓連接節(jié)點(diǎn)火災(zāi)后性能試驗(yàn)研究

[摘要]對鋼結(jié)構(gòu)節(jié)點(diǎn)在火災(zāi)作用后的力學(xué)性能進(jìn)行深入研究至關(guān)重要,它是研究結(jié)構(gòu)整體火災(zāi)作用后力學(xué)性能的重要基礎(chǔ)。對四個(gè)足尺高強(qiáng)螺栓連接節(jié)點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了模擬自然火災(zāi)試驗(yàn),通過對其火災(zāi)前后力學(xué)性能試驗(yàn)結(jié)果的對比分析,采用數(shù)值分析的最小二乘法,得到了該類節(jié)點(diǎn)各主要參數(shù)與其所經(jīng)歷的最高火災(zāi)溫度相關(guān)的擬合公式,為具有此類連接節(jié)點(diǎn)的鋼結(jié)構(gòu)火災(zāi)后的安全性檢測評定與加固提供了參考依據(jù),也為我國《鋼結(jié)構(gòu)抗火設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范》的修訂提供參考。

Experimental study on the behavior of high-strength bolted connection after fire

Abstract:The study of the behavior of steel connection after fire, which is the essential basis of studying the behavior of a steel frame or a whole structure, is very significant and valuable. Four full-scale high-strength bolted connections were tested to simulate their behaviors in the natural fire. The experimental results of the high-strength bolted connections before fire were compared with that after fire. Furthermore, the regression equations expressing the changes of several significant parameters of the high-strength bolted connection with regard to different highest temperatures were concluded using the method of least squares. This study can be used as basic reference not only for the inspection and reinforcement of steel structures with high-strength bolted connections after fire, but also for the revision of national fire-resistant design code of steel structure.
