基于新標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的輕鋼結(jié)構(gòu)可靠度研究

(1 上海應(yīng)用技術(shù)學(xué)院土木建筑與安全工程學(xué)院,上海 200235;2 東北農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)水利與建筑學(xué)院,哈爾濱 150030)[摘要]通過(guò)總結(jié)獲得了基于新標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的鋼材材性統(tǒng)計(jì)參數(shù)和輕鋼構(gòu)件幾何特征的統(tǒng)計(jì)參數(shù);收集了輕鋼構(gòu)件在各種受力狀態(tài)下的試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù),并對(duì)這些數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行了單因素方差分析,將各種復(fù)雜的情況歸類成幾種簡(jiǎn)單的情況,從而統(tǒng)計(jì)到構(gòu)件抗力計(jì)算模式不定性參數(shù)和構(gòu)件抗力不定性統(tǒng)計(jì)參數(shù)。根據(jù)輕鋼構(gòu)件抗力統(tǒng)計(jì)參數(shù)和新規(guī)范規(guī)定的材料分項(xiàng)系數(shù)及我國(guó)上世紀(jì)80年代的荷載統(tǒng)計(jì)參數(shù),對(duì)幾類典型的輕鋼構(gòu)件考慮不同受力狀態(tài)、不同活荷載類別和不同荷載比等因素進(jìn)行了可靠度分析,并對(duì)各種情況的可靠度水平進(jìn)行了對(duì)比分析,最后對(duì)各類構(gòu)件的可靠性及荷載規(guī)范GB50009—2001對(duì)構(gòu)件可靠度水平的影響從多方面進(jìn)行了分析探討,得到了可供結(jié)構(gòu)工程師參考的結(jié)論。[關(guān)鍵詞]輕鋼構(gòu)件;可靠度;統(tǒng)計(jì);抗力;荷載Reliability study based on new codes of lightweight steel structureLiu Hongliang1, Gao Jie1, Shao Xinyan2(1 School of Construction and Safety Engineering, Shanghai Institute of Technology, Shanghai 200235, China; \=2 College of Water Conservancy and Building Engineering, Northeast Agricultural University, Harbin 150030, China)Abstract:Through summing-up, statistical parameters of steel material property based on new codes and statistical parameters of geometry property of lightweight steel members are obtained. Testing datum of lightweight steel members in different state of force is roundly collected. To incorporate small samples belong to disperse collectivity into larger samples, single-factor variance analysis are finished. Then indeterminate statistical parameters of all sorts of computation modes and resistance statistical parameters of lightweight members are obtained. According to statistical parameters of lightweight steel members and material coefficient by new code and China load statistical parameters in the eighties of the 20th century, reliability analysis of several kinds of typical lightweight steel members are done considering different bearing states, different live-load types and different live-load ratio, etc. and contrast analysis are performed on reliability level of above situations.
