600MPa鋼筋粘結(jié)錨固性能試驗(yàn)研究*

[摘要]通過對(duì)63個(gè)棱柱體試件進(jìn)行拉拔試驗(yàn),對(duì)600MPa鋼筋的粘結(jié)錨固性能進(jìn)行了研究。結(jié)果表明,600MPa鋼筋極限粘結(jié)強(qiáng)度隨混凝土抗拉強(qiáng)度的提高而增大;在小于混凝土臨界保護(hù)層厚度范圍內(nèi),相對(duì)保護(hù)層厚度越大,極限粘結(jié)強(qiáng)度越大;錨固長度越大,極限粘結(jié)強(qiáng)度越小;箍筋的配置提高了極限粘結(jié)強(qiáng)度,改善了試件性能。最后,提出600MPa鋼筋的極限粘結(jié)強(qiáng)度計(jì)算公式,經(jīng)計(jì)算得出600MPa鋼筋的基本錨固長度仍可按《混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范》(GB 50010—2010)計(jì)算。

Experimental research on bond-anchorage property of 600MPa steel bars

Abstract:In order to discuss the bond-anchorage property of 600MPa steel bars, a pull-out experiment of 63 specimens were carried out. The research shows that ultimate bonding strength of 600MPa steel bars increases with the increase of tensile strength of concrete. In the range less than that the critical protective layer thickness of concrete, ultimate bond strength increases if the relative thickness of the protective layer is larger. Ultimate bond strength becomes smaller if anchorage length increases. The stirrup configuration improves the ultimate bond strength and  the performance of the specimen. Finally, the calculation formula of ultimate bond strength of 600MPa steel bars was put forward. The calculation results show that the basic anchorage length of 600MPa steel bars can still be calculated according to the Code for design of concrete structures (GB 50010—2010).
