混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范短期裂縫寬度計(jì)算比較*

[摘要]收集整理國(guó)內(nèi)外鋼筋混凝土試驗(yàn)梁短期最大裂縫寬度實(shí)測(cè)值,從裂縫寬度計(jì)算方法和計(jì)算精度兩方面,比較7本混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范公式的計(jì)算值與實(shí)測(cè)值。結(jié)果表明,對(duì)背景資料,規(guī)范GB 50010—2002公式的計(jì)算值與實(shí)測(cè)值符合最好;規(guī)范GB 50010—2010的計(jì)算精度明顯比規(guī)范GB 50010—2002要好,但對(duì)500MPa和大保護(hù)層鋼筋混凝土梁,規(guī)范GB 50010—2010的適用性均不夠理想。規(guī)范JTG D62—2004對(duì)大部分鋼筋混凝土梁的計(jì)算結(jié)果離散性偏高,無(wú)法反映混凝土保護(hù)層厚度對(duì)裂縫寬度的影響;規(guī)范SL 191—2008對(duì)高強(qiáng)鋼筋混凝土梁有較好的計(jì)算精度;對(duì)大保護(hù)層鋼筋混凝土梁,基于無(wú)滑移理論的美國(guó)規(guī)范ACI 318-11計(jì)算精度最好。總體來(lái)看,對(duì)大部分鋼筋混凝土梁,3本國(guó)外規(guī)范ACI 318-95,ACI 318-11,EN 1992-1-1∶2004的計(jì)算精度均不夠理想。

Comparison of short-term crack in the code for design of concrete structures

Abstract:According to the short-term maximum crack width of reinforced concrete test beams at home and abroad, the calculation values of crack width in seven codes for design of concrete structures were compared with the test values from two aspects about calculation method and calculation precision. Results show that for the background data, the calculation values of code GB 50010—2002 are in the best agreement with the test values. The calculation precision of code GB 50010—2010 is significantly better than code GB 50010—2002, however, for the concrete beams reinforced with 500MPa steel bars and large concrete cover, code GB 50010—2010 has poor applicability. Code JTG D62—2004 has high discreteness for calculation results of most concrete beams and can not reflect the influence of concrete cover on the crack width. Code SL 191—2008 has good calculation precision for the concrete beams reinforced with high-strength steel bars. For the reinforced concrete beams with large concrete cover, the calculation precision of American code ACI 318-11 which  based on the non-slip theory is the  highest. On the whole, three foreign codes ACI 318-95,ACI 318-11,EN 1992-1-1∶2004 have low calculation precision for most concrete beams.
