預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土疊層桁架轉(zhuǎn)換結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)和靜力性能試驗(yàn)研究

（1 蘇州科技學(xué)院土木工程學(xué)院，蘇州 215011； 2 現(xiàn)代都市建筑設(shè)計(jì)院，上海 200041；3 裕年發(fā)展置業(yè)（上海）有限公司，上海 200120）［摘要］為滿足大空間的建筑功能要求，上海裕年國(guó)際商務(wù)大廈工程采用預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土疊層轉(zhuǎn)換桁架，無論是桁架的跨度還是其所承受的豎向荷載數(shù)值在國(guó)內(nèi)同類轉(zhuǎn)換構(gòu)件中都屬罕見，是整個(gè)結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)和施工的技術(shù)關(guān)鍵。介紹了該工程預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土疊層桁架轉(zhuǎn)換構(gòu)件的設(shè)計(jì)原則，并進(jìn)行了一榀1∶8比例預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土疊層桁架轉(zhuǎn)換結(jié)構(gòu)的靜力性能的試驗(yàn)研究，對(duì)其破壞形態(tài)、承載力、變形性能等進(jìn)行了研究。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明，按“強(qiáng)受壓斜腹桿、強(qiáng)節(jié)點(diǎn)”設(shè)計(jì)的預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土疊層桁架轉(zhuǎn)換構(gòu)件能夠滿足承載力和變形的要求，且在使用階段處于彈性工作狀態(tài)。在試驗(yàn)和分析的基礎(chǔ)上，提出了預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土疊層桁架轉(zhuǎn)換構(gòu)件的設(shè)計(jì)建議，可供實(shí)際結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)時(shí)參考。［關(guān)鍵詞］轉(zhuǎn)換結(jié)構(gòu)；疊層桁架；預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土；設(shè)計(jì)原則；靜力性能Design and experimental research on static behaviors of prestressed concrete laminated truss transfer structureTang Xingrong1, Wang Hengguang2, Wang Yan3, Ji Guo3, Li Cuijie1（1 School of Civil Engineering, Suzhou University of Science and Technology, Suzhou 215011, China; 2 UD Architectural Design Institute, Shanghai 200041, China; 3 Shanghai Yunian Real Estate Development Co., Ltd., Shanghai 200120, China）Abstract:To meet the building functional requirements of large-space, the prestressed concrete laminated transfer truss used in Yunian International Commercial Affairs Building is the key technology of the entire structural design and construction, whether truss span or vertical loads to bear is rare in the domestic similar transfer members. Design principle of the prestressed concrete laminated truss transfer member are introduced.The specimen with the rate of 1 to 8 prestressed concrete laminated truss transfer structure is carried out. The failure mode，bearing capacity and deformation capability of the prestressed concrete laminated truss transfer structure were studied. The experimental results show that the prestressed concrete laminated truss transfer,which is designed according to the principle of stronger diagonal web members and stronger joints of truss, can meet the requirements of bearing capacity and deformation in the elastic working state during service stage.
