［摘要］洛陽(yáng)正大廣場(chǎng)超高層住宅建筑結(jié)構(gòu)高度為146-4m，采用鋼筋混凝土剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu)體系，以天然地基為持力層。綜合考慮結(jié)構(gòu)體系特點(diǎn)、超限程度及分析結(jié)果，設(shè)定結(jié)構(gòu)整體的抗震性能目標(biāo)為C級(jí)，進(jìn)行了小震、中震、大震作用下的計(jì)算分析及舒適度分析，分析結(jié)果表明結(jié)構(gòu)體系合理，采用針對(duì)性的加強(qiáng)措施，使結(jié)構(gòu)整體能滿(mǎn)足設(shè)計(jì)所設(shè)定的抗震設(shè)防目標(biāo)。

Structural  design of a super high-rise residential building of Charoen Pokphand Plaza  in Luoyang

Abstract:Charoen Pokphand Plaza in Luoyang is a super high-rise reinforced concrete shear-wall structure with the structure height of 146-4m. The natural bearing layer is adopted. According to the structural system features, out-of-code conditions and analysis results, the seismic performance objective of the whole structure was set as C-grade. The corresponding structural analysis and calculation were carried out under different levels of earthquakes. In addition, the comfort analysis was conducted. The results show that the structural system is reasonable. The performance-based seismic design objective can be achieved with the corresponding seismic strengthening measures.
