某城市防洪土建工程衡重式擋土墻病害分析與加固

[摘要]某城市防洪土建工程衡重式擋土墻上墻身與衡臺連接處出現(xiàn)裂縫,通過現(xiàn)場檢測以及FLAC3D有限差分軟件建模計算,分析了墻身開裂的主要原因,為確保其安全性提出了加固措施。結(jié)果表明:1) 擋土墻上墻身與衡臺連接處存在拉應力區(qū),當墻后土側(cè)壓力過大或者墻身結(jié)構(gòu)強度不足時,墻身易產(chǎn)生開裂,進而影響擋土墻整體的穩(wěn)定性。設計時,應考慮在上墻身與衡臺連接處增設混凝土加強體。2) 擋土墻基礎前端下設單排抗滑樁的結(jié)構(gòu)形式不合理,會加大擋墻基礎兩端的不均勻沉降,增加擋土墻上墻身與衡臺連接處的拉應力。3) 施工時,應確保漿砌石墻體內(nèi)部的密實度和飽滿度,保證漿砌石的抗拉和抗剪強度,并保持墻體排水系統(tǒng)的疏通。4) 對病害墻體的加固以加強墻體的整體性能為主,局部強度不足的部位應采取補強措施。

Damage analysis and reinforcement of balance weight retaining wall for a city flood control and civil engineering

Abstract:Some cracks had appeared at the joints between upper wall and weight desk in a balance retaining wall for a city flood control and civil engineering. The main reasons of the cracks were analyzed through testing on the spot and finite element model simulation by finite difference software of FLAC. Some reinforcement measures were put forward to ensure the security of the wall. Conclusions are summarized as follows. 1) There is a tensile stress zone at the joints between upper wall and weight desk, to generate the cracks in the wall if lateral earth pressure behind the wall has exceeded the bearing capacity of wall. This influences stability of overall retaining wall. Consequently,  concrete reinforcement should be applied at the connecting part. 2) It is unreasonable to install anti-slide pile in a single row at the front of retaining wall foundation, to increase the uneven foundation settlement at ends of retaining wall foundation and increase tensile stress at the joints between upper wall and weight desk. 3) In construction, the compactness and plumpness inside the masonry wall shall be ensured to make sure the tensile and shear resistance of the masonry stone, and the dredging of the drainage system of the wall shall be maintained. 4) Overall stability of damaged wall should be strengthened emphatically, and parts with lack of strength should be reinforced.
