某三層矩形鋼管混凝土框架塑性鉸長度試驗研究*

[摘要]為了研究多層矩形鋼管混凝土框架的塑性鉸長度和塑性鉸開展順序,通過一榀單跨三層矩形鋼管混凝土框架結構的低周反復荷載試驗以及非線性有限元分析,得到了該類框架結構的破壞模式、塑性鉸的分布位置、塑性鉸的長度以及其開展順序。結果表明:該框架表現(xiàn)出“強柱弱梁”的破壞機制,塑性鉸開展的順序依次是框架2層梁端、1層梁端、頂層梁端、框架柱腳;梁、柱端塑性鉸中心出現(xiàn)在距離環(huán)板和加勁肋40mm的位置,塑性鉸長度約為100mm;當軸壓比小于0-4且剪跨比小于2時,通過理論計算得到框架柱的塑性鉸長度為98-7mm,框架梁的塑性鉸長度為104-4mm;采用ABAQUS有限元軟件對試驗全過程分析得到的滯回曲線飽滿,并與試驗滯回曲線相吻合,說明此類框架結構抗震性能良好;有限元模擬得到框架梁、柱塑性鉸長度為100mm;試驗分析、理論計算和有限元模擬得到框架結構的塑性鉸長度基本一致,說明選用的塑性鉸長度計算方法適用于多層矩形鋼管混凝土框架,可為實際工程設計提供相關依據(jù)。

Experimental research on plastic hinge length of a three-layer rectangular  concrete filled steel tube frame

Abstract:To study plastic hinge length and the development of plastic hinge order of multilayer rectangular concrete filled steel tubular frames, a three-layer rectangular  concrete filled steel tube  frame structure under low cyclic loading tests and nonlinear finite element analysis were carried out. The failure mode of the frame structure, plastic hinge distribution, plastic hinge length and the development of plastic hinge order were obtained. The results indicate that the framework show the failure mechanism of “strong column and weak beam”, the development of plastic hinge order is the end of beam in the second layer, the end of beam in the first layer, the end of beam in the top layer, root of the column. Beam and column plastic hinge center appear in the distance ring plate and stiffener 40mm, the plastic hinge length is about 100mm. When the axial compression ratio is less than 0-4 and the shear span ratio is less than 2,the theoretical calculation of frame column plastic hinge length is 98-7mm, the plastic hinge  length of the beam is 104-4mm. ABAQUS finite element software is adopted to analyze the whole process and the full hysteresis curve is got. Hysteresis curves coincide with the experiment, which shows that this kind of frame structure seismic performance is good. The finite element simulation of beam and column plastic hinge length is 100mm. The plastic hinge length of the frame structure of obtained from test analysis, theoretical calculation and finite element simulation are basically the same, which shows that the plastic hinge length calculation method can be applied to the rectangular concrete filled steel tube  frame and can provide the basis for the practical engineering design.
