葫蘆島某住宅項(xiàng)目結(jié)構(gòu)分析及巖石錨桿設(shè)計(jì)

[摘要]葫蘆島剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu)高層住宅,建筑高度99-9m,高寬比為9-5,高寬比超限。采用平板式筏板基礎(chǔ),基礎(chǔ)持力層為中風(fēng)化礫巖,該層巖石堅(jiān)硬,極不易破碎,基礎(chǔ)埋深不能滿足規(guī)范要求,對結(jié)構(gòu)穩(wěn)定性不利。采用SATWE和ETABS兩種結(jié)構(gòu)計(jì)算軟件,對風(fēng)荷載、中震及大震作用下結(jié)構(gòu)的各參數(shù)進(jìn)行分析。結(jié)果表明,在風(fēng)荷載及中震作用下結(jié)構(gòu)的承載力滿足規(guī)范要求,保證了上部結(jié)構(gòu)的剛度;在大震作用下,通過在基底增設(shè)抗拔錨桿,使結(jié)構(gòu)滿足“大震不倒”的要求。最終按地基反力作用的力學(xué)平衡方法計(jì)算了錨桿的拔力。

Structural analysis  and  rock bolt design  of a residential project in Huludao

Abstract:A residential project in Huludao   is a high-rise residential building with shear-wall structure. The building height is 99-9m and  aspect ratio is 9-5, the aspect ratio runs out of codes. The plate raft foundation is adopted. The foundation bearing layer consists of  weathering conglomerate, and the rock is hard, so it is difficult to be broken. The embedded depth of the foundation is impossible to meet the codes requirements, and it is disadvantageous to the structural stability. The structural calculation software SATWE and ETABS were used  to analyze the parameters  of the structure under wind load, fortification earthquake and the rare earthquake  action. The calculation results illustrate that the structure satisfies the requirements of the codes under wind load and fortification earthquake action which ensures the rigidity of the upper structure; and the requirements of “not collapsing under the rare earthquake” is achieved through setting the rock-anchor system in the foundation under the action of rare earthquakes. Finally, mechanical balanced approach is used to calculate the tension force of the rock-anchor.
