[摘要]常規(guī)的去柱改造設(shè)計的方式主要有兩種:一種是不擾動原結(jié)構(gòu),直接架梁加固以后拔除柱;另一種是利用臨時支撐先拔除柱,再進行加固。針對本工程結(jié)構(gòu)復雜、托梁跨度大、工期緊等特點,采用第二種改造方案,為適應(yīng)建筑改造后的功能要求,將工程附樓改成室內(nèi)看臺,連續(xù)拔掉4根柱、拆除兩個樓層。通過設(shè)置臨時支撐系統(tǒng)等技術(shù)措施,為30m桁架提供了吊裝空間,并巧妙避免了對屋頂組合網(wǎng)架的擾動和基礎(chǔ)的加固工作,結(jié)果表明,加固效果達到安全、快捷的改造目標。

Column-removal reconstruction design of indoor sports arena of Tongji University

Abstract:There are two main ways to design the conventional column-removal reconstruction: one was to not disturb the original structure and the columns were pulled out after the strengthening by directly constructing frame beams; the other was to remove the column first by using the temporary support and then reinforced it. In view of the complex engineering structures, large-span of support beams, short construction period and other characteristics, second kind of reconstruction way was adopted. In order to meet the functional requirements of the building after the reconstruction, the building was converted to indoor grandstand, by pulling out 4 continuous columns and demolishing two floors. The technical measure of setting up temporary support system was adopted to provide space for 30m-long truss hoisting, and avoid disturbance for composite grid framework and strengthening work of foundation. Results show that the strengthening effect achieves reconstruction target of safety and convenience.
