預(yù)應(yīng)力CFRP板加固混凝土梁力學(xué)破壞模式研究*

[摘要]預(yù)應(yīng)力CFRP板加固混凝土梁技術(shù)對(duì)其錨固件研究較多,而對(duì)其加固效果和破壞荷載下的力學(xué)模式缺乏數(shù)據(jù)分析。通過對(duì)空心板原型梁按比例縮小后制作3根混凝土實(shí)心模型梁,在預(yù)壓和預(yù)應(yīng)力CFRP板加固后考察不同荷載下梁的力學(xué)性能、破壞形態(tài)及裂縫發(fā)展。結(jié)果表明,該加固方法能有效地限制裂縫發(fā)展,提高混凝土梁承載力;加固件在較小荷載下符合平截面假定,預(yù)應(yīng)力CFRP板和混凝土梁協(xié)同工作,隨荷載增加,應(yīng)變先減小后增大;施加的預(yù)應(yīng)力使梁體應(yīng)力重新分布,鋼筋應(yīng)力和構(gòu)件變形都減??;理論計(jì)算與模型試驗(yàn)比較表明加固后梁體存在較大的安全儲(chǔ)備。

Study on mechanical failure modes of concrete beams reinforced by pre-stressed CFRP plate

Abstract:There is more research on its anchor in the technology of strengthening concrete beam with pre-stressed CFRP plate, but  lack of data analysis on reinforcement effect and mechanical model under failure load. After scaling down the hollow slab prototype beam, 3 concrete solid model beams were fabricated. The mechanical properties, failure modes and crack development under different loads were investigated after strengthening pre-compressed and pre-stressed CFRP plates. The results show that the reinforcement method can effectively limit the development of cracks and improve the bearing capacity of concrete beam; Reinforcement components under small load were in line with the plane section assumption, and the CFRP plate and concrete beam achieve deformation coordination, in which the strain decreases first and then increases with the increase of load; Applied pre-stress makes girder stress redistributed, and reinforcement stress and the deformation of the components were reduced; Comparison of theoretical calculation and model test show that after reinforcement beam has a large safety reserve.
