[摘要]《鋼結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范》(GB 50017—2003)中梁的整體穩(wěn)定系數(shù)φb計(jì)算公式比較復(fù)雜,在計(jì)算壓彎構(gòu)件彎扭失穩(wěn)承載力時(shí),提供了相應(yīng)的簡(jiǎn)化計(jì)算公式。修訂的新規(guī)范對(duì)梁的整體穩(wěn)定計(jì)算做出了較大調(diào)整,但計(jì)算公式仍較為復(fù)雜。而且修訂的新規(guī)范僅對(duì)工字形和H形截面構(gòu)件提供了簡(jiǎn)化公式,未對(duì)T型截面構(gòu)件做出說明。通過對(duì)均勻彎曲的剖分T型截面受彎構(gòu)件整體穩(wěn)定系數(shù)計(jì)算公式推演,結(jié)合相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)中各種φb計(jì)算公式的分析對(duì)比,提出合理的剖分T型鋼壓桿彎扭屈曲穩(wěn)定系數(shù)簡(jiǎn)化公式。利用簡(jiǎn)化公式計(jì)算多根剖分T型鋼壓桿的整體穩(wěn)定承載力,并對(duì)比有限元軟件ANSYS分析結(jié)果,驗(yàn)證簡(jiǎn)化公式的正確性。

Discussion on the stability coefficient φb for flexural-torsional buckling of hot-rolled cut-T section struts

Abstract:In the current Code for design of steel structures (GB 50017—2003), the formula of stability coefficient φb for flexural members was complicated. So, the approximate formula of φb was given to caculate the bearing capacity of flexural-torsional buckling of beam-columns. In the final draft of the revised version of code, the overall stability calculation of beams has been changed to a large extent, but is still rather complicate. While new simplified formulas of stability coefficient φb were given for I-section and H-section members under bending moment. However, the simplified formula of stability coefficient φb was not given for hot-rolled cut-T section strut under bending moment. Based on the derivation of the regular formula of stability coefficient φb for hot-rolled Cut-T-section strut under bending moment, and combined with the analysis and comparision of the formulas in references, the simplified formula of stability coefficient φb was suggested for hot-rolled cut-T section strut under bending moment. The load capacity of several hot-rolled cut-T section struts were computed by the simplified formula, and those calculation results are verified by the nonlinear buckling analysis of load capacity of hot-rolled cut-T section strut models by using ANSYS software.
