石墨和碳纖維摻量對(duì)混凝土宏觀性能的影響*

[摘要]主要研究不同摻量的石墨和碳纖維對(duì)混凝土宏觀性能的影響,測(cè)試了導(dǎo)電混凝土的28d抗壓強(qiáng)度、電阻率和工作性。結(jié)果顯示碳纖維能夠提高混凝土抗壓強(qiáng)度,但其影響十分有限。在500目石墨中增加碳纖維的摻量能明顯提高混凝土的導(dǎo)電性;摻入5 000目石墨比摻入500目石墨更能提高混凝土的強(qiáng)度和導(dǎo)電性;加入碳纖維之后,石墨粒徑的變化對(duì)混凝土的強(qiáng)度基本沒有影響,但對(duì)混凝土導(dǎo)電性的影響卻不可忽略;在水灰比和導(dǎo)電相摻量相同的條件下,摻入5 000目石墨的混凝土比摻入500目石墨的混凝土的工作性更好。

Effects of the mixing amount of graphite and carbon fiber on macro properties of concrete

Abstract:In order to study the influence of different replacement ratios of graphite and carbon fiber on macro properties of concrete. The 28 days′ compressive strength, electrical resistivity and workability were measured. The results show that carbon fiber could improve the compressive strength of concrete, but the effects are limited. Increasing the content of carbon fiber in concrete mixed with 500 mesh graphite improves conductivity of concrete significantly. The compressive strength and conductivity of concrete containing 5 000 mesh graphite are higher than those of concrete containing 500 mesh graphite. With the addition of carbon fiber, the change of particle size has little influence on the compressive strength of concrete, but the effects on the conductivity of concrete could not be neglected. The workability of concrete containing 5 000 mesh graphite is better than that of concrete containing 500 mesh graphite with the same water to cement ratio and replacement ratio.
