西安金融中心超高層施工豎向變形分析研究*

[摘要]為在施工過程中采取有效的豎向變形控制措施,控制完工后結(jié)構(gòu)實(shí)際標(biāo)高與設(shè)計(jì)標(biāo)高的差異值在一定范圍內(nèi),并減小因核心筒與巨柱豎向變形差引起的結(jié)構(gòu)附加應(yīng)力,選取CEB-FIP預(yù)測(cè)模型,根據(jù)實(shí)際施工進(jìn)度建立結(jié)構(gòu)有限元分析模型,考慮混凝土收縮徐變、施工找平等因素,綜合有限元法、單元生死、分步加荷等技術(shù)對(duì)不同施工模擬方案下的西安金融中心結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行材料、幾何及邊界條件時(shí)變模擬,得到了施工過程中結(jié)構(gòu)各層豎向變形以及核心筒與巨柱豎向變形差的具體數(shù)值及變化規(guī)律。分析結(jié)果表明,混凝土收縮徐變對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)豎向變形影響較大,在整個(gè)施工過程中所占比例為47.33%~58.59%;在對(duì)計(jì)算結(jié)果進(jìn)行深入研究的基礎(chǔ)上,給出預(yù)變形控制建議措施,對(duì)后續(xù)巨柱核心筒結(jié)構(gòu)超高層施工具有指導(dǎo)意義。

Analysis and research on vertical deformation in construction process of super high-rise structure of Xi ′an Financial Center

Abstract:In order to take effective measures to control the vertical deformation in construction process, realize difference value between actual level and the design elevation within a certain range and reduce the structural additional stress caused by the vertical deformation difference between corewall and giant column, CEB-FIP prediction model was selected and the structural finite element analysis model was established according to the actual construction progress, considering concrete shrinkage and creep and leveling of construction. Finite element method, element birth and death, step-by-step loading technologies were used to conduct time-varying simulation on Xi′an Financial Center structure under different construction simulation schemes based on material, geometry and boundary conditions. Specific values and change rule of the each layer′s vertical displacement in construction process and the vertical deformation difference between corewall and giant column were got. Analysis results show that the effect of shrinkage and creep of concrete on vertical deformation is big, accounting for the proportion of 47.33%~58.59% in the whole construction process. Base on in-depth research on the calculation results, suggestions on pre-deformation control measures were provided, which has a guiding significance for subsequent construction of super high-rise structure with giant column and corewall structure.
