張拉膜結(jié)構(gòu)的結(jié)構(gòu)剛度及其對結(jié)構(gòu)性能的影響*

[摘要]張拉膜結(jié)構(gòu)的力學(xué)性能與結(jié)構(gòu)剛度密切相關(guān)。采用非線性有限元方法對開敞式鞍形膜結(jié)構(gòu)的靜力性能及自振特性進行了參數(shù)化分析,主要考慮了膜面預(yù)應(yīng)力、矢跨比、彈性模量等對開敞式鞍形膜結(jié)構(gòu)振動響應(yīng)的影響規(guī)律,重點分析了結(jié)構(gòu)剛度對于結(jié)構(gòu)靜力性能及自振特性的影響規(guī)律。研究發(fā)現(xiàn):影響開敞式鞍形膜結(jié)構(gòu)剛度的主要參數(shù)是膜面預(yù)應(yīng)力、矢跨比和膜材彈性模量,其中預(yù)應(yīng)力影響最大;膜結(jié)構(gòu)的結(jié)構(gòu)剛度可以分為非線性剛度和線性剛度,隨著矢跨比的增大,膜結(jié)構(gòu)由非線性體系向線性體系過渡,非線性剛度作用逐漸弱化,線性剛度逐漸強化。

Structural stiffness of tensioned membrane structure and its effect on the structure properties

Abstract:The mechanical properties of tensioned membrane structures are closely related with the structural stiffness. The nonlinear finite element method was used to study the static behaviors and self vibration characteristics of open saddle membrane structures by parametric analysis, in which the effects of membrane surface prestress, rise-span ratio and elastic modulus were studied. The effect of structural stiffness on the structural static behaviors and self vibration characteristics were mainly investigated. The results show that the main factors that affect the structural stiffness of open saddle membrane structures are membrane prestress, rise-span ratio and elastic modulus, in which the effect of membrane prestress is the most significant.The structural stiffness can be divided into the nonlinear stiffness and the linear stiffness. With the rise-span ratio increasing, the membrane structures gradually changes from the nonlinear system to the linear system, which means the weakening of nonlinear stiffness and the strengthening of linear stiffness.
