［摘要］徐州中央國(guó)際廣場(chǎng)由2幢260m超高層塔樓和1幢高層商業(yè)裙房組成。結(jié)合項(xiàng)目特點(diǎn)，介紹了結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)中的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)，包括結(jié)構(gòu)體系的選取、塔樓抗震性能目標(biāo)的確定、高層商業(yè)裙房的開(kāi)大洞和超長(zhǎng)處理、大跨懸挑梁和鋼連廊的舒適度設(shè)計(jì)、陽(yáng)光頂8根鋼管相交節(jié)點(diǎn)有限元分析、超長(zhǎng)預(yù)應(yīng)力錨桿和承壓型囊式擴(kuò)體錨桿的運(yùn)用。項(xiàng)目設(shè)計(jì)應(yīng)用了目前大型城市綜合體的一些新技術(shù)，滿足了建筑功能合理、結(jié)構(gòu)安全舒適和施工便捷的需求。

Research on key technologies of structure of Xuzhou Central International Square

Abstract:Xuzhou International Central Square is composed of 2 super high-rise towers with the height of 260m and 1 high-rise commercial podium. Combined with features of the project, key technical issues in the structural design were introduced, including structural system selection, confirmation on seismic performance objectives of towers, treatments to big opening and super-long structure in high-rise commercial podium, serviceability design of large-span cantilever beam and steel corridors, finite element analysis of cross node with eight steel pipes in the sunshine room roof, applications of super-long pre-stressed anchor and compression capsule-type under-reamed ground anchor. Some new structure techniques in city complex designs were applied to meet the demands of reasonable building function, structural security and comfort, and convenient construction.
