［摘要］結(jié)合某鋼結(jié)構(gòu)廠房加固改造的工程設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)踐，探討了因吊車噸位增大，對(duì)吊車梁系統(tǒng)以及門式剛架輕鋼房屋結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行復(fù)核驗(yàn)算、加固改造設(shè)計(jì)的方法，采用增大截面法加固了鋼吊車梁以及鋼牛腿，采用圍套法加固了柱下獨(dú)立基礎(chǔ)，提出了加固改造設(shè)計(jì)中一些需要注意的問(wèn)題。

Engineering practice on the structure strengthening design for a steel structure workshop

Abstract:Combined with the project design practice of  a reinforcing reform of a steel structure workshop, the method of checking calculation and structural strengthening design of crane girder and steel structure of light-weight building with gabled frames for crane capacity increasing were discussed，the method of enlarged cross section was used to reinforce the steel crane beam and steel bracket, foundation strengthening with encircling reinforced concrete method was used to consolidate the spread foundation under column, and smoe issues need to be attented in  the reinforcement and transformation design  were put forward.
