[摘要]某框架-剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu)高層辦公樓,部分框架柱不落地,采用跨越4~6層共2層層高的疊層桁架在建筑底部形成跨度25-2m的轉(zhuǎn)換構(gòu)件,采用轉(zhuǎn)換梁在接近建筑頂部的19層形成另一轉(zhuǎn)換。采用小震振型分解反應(yīng)譜法分析、小震彈性時程分析、大震彈塑性時程分析、獨(dú)立轉(zhuǎn)換桁架分析、轉(zhuǎn)換層樓板應(yīng)力分析等方法對整體結(jié)構(gòu)以及結(jié)構(gòu)關(guān)鍵部位的性能進(jìn)行了較為細(xì)致的分析,探討了疊層轉(zhuǎn)換桁架的結(jié)構(gòu)受力特性,說明了疊層桁架是一種性能較優(yōu)的轉(zhuǎn)換結(jié)構(gòu)形式,闡明了帶有疊層轉(zhuǎn)換桁架的高層結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計要點(diǎn)。

Structural design of high-rise building with duplex transfer truss

Abstract:In a high-rise office building with frame-shear wall structure, part of the frame columns do not fall to the foundation. A 2-storey-depth duplex truss which strides over the 4th to 6th floor is utilized as a 25-2m-span transfer member in the lower part of the building, and transfer beams are utilized as transfer members in the 19th floor near the top of the building. A detailed analysis was conducted on the overall structure and key parts of the structure using methods of mode decomposition response spectrum method under frequent earthquake, elastic time-history analysis under frequent earthquake, elasto-plastic time-history analysis under rare earthquake, analysis of transfer truss as a independence structure, and stress analysis of transfer-storey floor. The structural mechanical behavior of duplex transfer truss was discussed to show that the duplex transfer truss is a better type of transfer structure, and the design points of the high-rise structure with duplex transfer truss were expounded.
