蘇州綠景NEO結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計與分析

[摘要]本項目為在原設(shè)計基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行重新設(shè)計,設(shè)計過程中通過設(shè)置防震縫減少了與塔樓相連的裙房區(qū)域,從而降低了底部裙房樓層的扭轉(zhuǎn)效應(yīng)。通過與建筑協(xié)調(diào)采取外框柱貼外墻布置,減小了外框柱受荷面積,增大了抗側(cè)力構(gòu)件的平面寬度,增強了外框架的抗傾覆能力。通過樓層的合理設(shè)置與層高調(diào)整使得結(jié)構(gòu)上下層剛度相對均勻,避免側(cè)向剛度比不規(guī)則。采用小角度斜柱實現(xiàn)上部立面的較小收進(jìn)。重新設(shè)計與原設(shè)計相比,結(jié)構(gòu)布置更為合理,避免了扭轉(zhuǎn)不規(guī)則和側(cè)向剛度不規(guī)則,且經(jīng)濟(jì)效益也大大提高。

Structural design  and analysis of Suzhou Lüjing NEO Building

Abstract:This project was redesigned based on the original design, and the podium area connected with tower was reduced by setting the seismic joint in the design process, to reduce the torsion effect of the bottom floor of the podium. Through the coordination with the architecture design, the outer frame columns were arranged in the same plane as the exterior side of external wall, which reduced the load area of the outer frame column, increased the plane width of the lateral force resisting components, and enhanced the overturning resistance of the outer frame. Through the reasonable setting and story height adjustment, the rigidity of the upper and lower floors was relatively uniform to avoid the irregular lateral stiffness. The inclined column with small angle was adopted to realize the smaller setback of the upper facades. Compared with the original design, the layout of the structure in redesign was more reasonable to the torsional irregularity and lateral rigidity irregularity and the economic benefits were greatly improved.
