［摘要］昆山A15地塊項(xiàng)目為地上40層、地下3層建筑，主體高度180m，標(biāo)準(zhǔn)層平面為回字形，四邊寬度均較小。采用鋼筋混凝土剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu)，為高度超B級(jí)的超限高層建筑。采用基于性能的抗震設(shè)計(jì)方法，對(duì)主體結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了彈性時(shí)程分析和靜力彈塑性分析。針對(duì)單邊寬度較小的特點(diǎn)，進(jìn)行了樓板抗剪分析并進(jìn)行了中震下樓板應(yīng)力分析。計(jì)算結(jié)果表明，結(jié)構(gòu)的各項(xiàng)指標(biāo)均符合規(guī)范要求，結(jié)構(gòu)安全可靠。

Design and analysis of out-of-code high-rise building structure of A15 land project in Kunshan

Abstract:A15 land project in Kunshan is a building with 40 floors overground and 3 floors underground, and the main building is 180m high. The standard floor plane is ring-shaped, and the width of every side is small. Reinforced concrete shear wall structure is adopted, and it is an out-of-code high-rise building with height over class-B requirement of the code. Based on the performance-based seismic design method, the elastic time-history analysis and the static elastic-plastic analysis of the main structure were carried out. In view of the small width of single side, the shear analysis of floor slab was carried out and the stress analysis of slab under earthquake was carried out. The calculation results show that all the indices of the structure meet the requirements of the code and the structure is safe and reliable.
