廣東科學(xué)中心復(fù)雜空間網(wǎng)格結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)

(1 中南建筑設(shè)計(jì)院股份有限公司,武漢 430071; 2 廣州大學(xué)土木工程學(xué)院,廣州 510006;3 廣東省建筑科學(xué)研究院,廣州 510006)[摘要]廣東科學(xué)中心A,B區(qū)上部大跨鋼屋蓋為體型復(fù)雜的曲面空間網(wǎng)格結(jié)構(gòu),曲面高差達(dá)41m;中庭透明屋蓋上部設(shè)有六片寬達(dá)9m的巨型遮陽板,風(fēng)載及風(fēng)振較大。工程通過風(fēng)洞試驗(yàn)及風(fēng)振分析解決了抗風(fēng)問題。此外,為了滿足建筑效果及支撐遮陽板的需要,采用了豎腹桿貫通的新型圓鋼筒節(jié)點(diǎn),并對該型節(jié)點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了節(jié)點(diǎn)試驗(yàn)和分析;為了抗風(fēng)需要,支撐網(wǎng)殼的抗拔支座及混凝土柱采用了預(yù)應(yīng)力技術(shù)。介紹了該復(fù)雜空間網(wǎng)殼結(jié)構(gòu)的造型、布置、節(jié)點(diǎn)設(shè)計(jì)和結(jié)構(gòu)分析。[關(guān)鍵詞]網(wǎng)格結(jié)構(gòu);網(wǎng)殼;圓鋼筒節(jié)點(diǎn);風(fēng)洞試驗(yàn);風(fēng)振Structural design on the complex spatial grid structure of Guangdong Science CenterLi Ting1, Chen Xing1, Qian Yi1, Zhang Jichao2, Xu Tianping3(1 Central-south Architectural Design Institute Co., Ltd., Wuhan 430071, China; 2 School of Civil Engineering, Guangzhou University, Guangzhou 510006, China; 3 Guangdong Provincial Academy of Building Research, Guangzhou 510006, China)Abstract:The long-span steel roof in areas A and B of Guangdong Science Center is a complex spatial grid structure with an elevation of 41m. Six 9m wide giant sun visors over the central transparent part bears the action of intensive wind load and wind-induced response, so wind tunnel tests and wind-induced response analysis had been adopted to solve the wind action problem. Besides, considering the architecture and the requirement of the brace for the sun visor, a new type of circular tube steel joint is utilized and a particular joint test and finite element analysis had been conducted. Prestress technic has been used in concrete columns and the anti-pulling bearings of the latticed shell.
