[摘要]為探討超高層鋼筋混凝土轉(zhuǎn)換結(jié)構(gòu)計算層高選取的合理性,以重慶江北嘴金融城4號項目轉(zhuǎn)換結(jié)構(gòu)為例,選取4種層高劃分模型與實體單元模型進(jìn)行對比分析。分析結(jié)果表明,在進(jìn)行此類結(jié)構(gòu)抗側(cè)剛度計算時,轉(zhuǎn)換層層高取“轉(zhuǎn)換梁T形截面形心線以下高度+轉(zhuǎn)換層凈高”,轉(zhuǎn)換層上一層層高取上部樓層實際層高,更為接近結(jié)構(gòu)實際性能。

Discussions of selection of calculation story height of transfer structure in the No.4 project in Financial City of Jiangbeizui region in Chongqing

Abstract:For researching the rationality of selection of calculation story height of transfer structure in super high-rise reinforced concrete building, the transfer structure in the No.4 project in Financial City of Jiangbeizui region in Chongqing was taken as example, and four calculation models of different calculation story heights and a model of solid elements were analyzed and compared. Analysis results show that when calculating lateral stiffness of this kind of structure, transfer story height adopts the value of height below the centroid line of transfer beam′s T-typed cross-section plus clear height of story, and the upper story height adopts the value of actual height, to get more real performance of the structure.
