廣東科學(xué)中心大跨巨型鋼框架結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)

（1 中南建筑設(shè)計(jì)院股份有限公司，武漢 430071； 2 廣州大學(xué)土木工程學(xué)院，廣州 510006）［摘要］廣東科學(xué)中心船形常設(shè)展廳連續(xù)三層均為雙向45m左右柱距的多層大跨結(jié)構(gòu)，且“船頭”外挑達(dá)45m左右。工程結(jié)構(gòu)選型結(jié)合建筑造型，將樓、電梯間及設(shè)備間做成六根格構(gòu)式鋼巨型柱；將層2與層3樓蓋結(jié)構(gòu)沿縱向兩側(cè)連為一體，構(gòu)成縱向跨層桁架，將雙向大跨樓蓋結(jié)構(gòu)轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)閱蜗虼罂鐦巧w結(jié)構(gòu)，實(shí)現(xiàn)了多層室內(nèi)無(wú)柱大空間及“船頭”大懸挑，并取得了較好的經(jīng)濟(jì)指標(biāo)；同時(shí)，格構(gòu)式巨型柱與桁架構(gòu)成了格構(gòu)式巨型鋼框架結(jié)構(gòu)，形成了有效的抗側(cè)力體系。介紹了該工程大跨巨型鋼框架結(jié)構(gòu)的結(jié)構(gòu)選型、布置、節(jié)點(diǎn)設(shè)計(jì)及結(jié)構(gòu)分析。［關(guān)鍵詞］廣東科學(xué)中心；巨型結(jié)構(gòu)；大跨；鋼框架；節(jié)點(diǎn)設(shè)計(jì)；節(jié)點(diǎn)試驗(yàn)Structural design of the steel mega-structure for Guangdong Science CenterLi Ting1, Li Hongsheng1, Yin You1, Sun Zhaomin1, Zhang Jichao2(1 Central-south Architectural Design Institute Co., Ltd., Wuhan 430071, China;2 School of Civil Engineering, Guangzhou University, Guangzhou 510006, China)Abstract:The fleet-like exhibition halls of Guangdong Science Center are multi-storey long-span structures with a 45m column spacing in both horizontal directions, and these halls contain an overhang span of 45m. Considering requirements of architectural shape, structures of staircase, elevator and equipment rooms are designed as six latticed mega-steel columns, longitudinal cross-layer trusses are constructed along the two sides of the structure between the second and third floor, the cross-layer trusses changed the two-way span floor structure to a one-way span floor structure, the each-storey large space and long cantilever are achieved, and low cost is realized. Latticed mega-steel columns and trusses composed the latticed mega-frame structure to effectively resist lateral forces.
